Website Mods and Add-ons for PostNuke site

I have a new website I just setup. It is a PostNuke Portal type site. I need about a dozen add-on modules initialized and setup properly (they are already loaded on the webspace). I need a logo and heading block change. I need the basic layout formatted / setup according to the SpecDoc notes/images that I have attached to this request. I need the mail account setup. I need Sections, Modules, and Blocks setup up according to my specifications. Since I am doing this site on SPEC myself, in order to have something to show and discuss with several nonProfit Service Orgs. I need to find a person who is willing to work with me and do this pretty cheaply until I can secure the contract(s). I intend to put together a packaged, canned, plug'n play suite of webtools for nonProfit Service Organizations to have as an add-on service offering for their members. This will mean additional customization project work as well. I am willing to offer a BONUS of $500 to the winning bidder, upon the SALE of the first copy...so keep that in mind when bidding -- as well as all future customization work. Thanks, Dave ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
