Hi, I have a small web site where I plan on showing some graphics work I have created. Look at this page: [url removed, login to view] When images have loaded, you can rollover and get an enlargement but you can also click and get to a new page with another format and description. In a nutshell, those are the functions I am after. But wait! There's more :) In order to be able to use this on other sites, I would like this project "boxed up". I would like a turn key solution where this can be easily placed on various sites where the background (which is basically a Jpeg) can be changed, and the "showroom/portfolio" can show something else. On my site this script will only be used on three pages. A photographer might wish to use it on 50 pages. It needs to be flexible. Two more things: It needs to work with this webspace provider: [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] has "php safe mode" ENABLED here: [url removed, login to view] There's no way around that until next iteration of PHP, sorry, and I wish to remain there. And last but certainly not least: It needs a web based interface! Let's say that I wish to upload my most recent work, which I am very proud of, I can't have a programmer do that every time. In order to make it easy, we can agree on sizes of [url removed, login to view], 2.Thumb-enlargement, [url removed, login to view] image for linked page. Image on linked page should have a description that should be entered in the web interface. I don't wish to do ANY coding or formatting once the code is delivered. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
