Fan Site

Well this is a very simple project, well at least i think :) What i want is a slim and sexy interfact (see [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] & [login to view URL]) if you see them i want them put together and make the best damn fan site there can be (well interfact way atm), not the forums btw, read the concept. I would also like a membership system for the downloads mod (how many downloads servered), the download MAY or MAY not be on the server so thats a option for the admin, i would also like a very nice news system, with smilies and BB code, also the membership system will have around 4 lvls, Awaiting email confomation (name says all :P), normal member, subadmin & admin, admin will be incrage of chaing settings & the site interface, vote booth, adding/removing downloads, sub admins will be just for news and chaning a few setting there and here. The full admin, will be total control over the interface, change the footer and meun, header graphics and everypage will change also maybe a option to creat a new page which will make new page (html used), and it will make that page [login to view URL] (or what ever), and it will update menu so a full list what i want Members system News system (only admins,subadmins can use) Vote system (only admins, subadmins can change the vote options/title and that, only regested members votes will count, if a guest vote it will shot in a colour how many guest votes) Downloads system, (only admins, subadmins can remove/add downloads, regested members and guest can download, but guest are sent to the back off download que if that option is on) Forums, a basic forums system which when you sign up via membership system same user/pass also a nice map database, where users (regested), can upload there maps with a description where the admins/subadmins have a panel about newly uploaded which has to be checked for viruses ----------------------------------------- Graphics As you can see from [login to view URL] there is a nice top logo i would like something like that but much more wicked, i also want it to be bloody sweet :D i also dont want the site in frames, but i really want it in PHP/MYSQL, need more infomation just post away and i will get back More infomation is on the image above. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
