OSCommerce customization and layout updates

I currently have an oscommerce site built, what i need is for someone to, 1. Update general site layout with new design direction - Design will be provided 2. incorporate banners manager threw out the site, based from design 3. add sort option to category page 4. add recently viewed box in footer 5. add breadcrumb trail 6. product detail page, add tab to description and add tab for shipping info (review attach pdf) 7. product detail, need to customize adding to cart, attach is a pdf of the product detail and better description of what needs to be done. 8. Shopping cart, review attachment to see how we want to customize the cart functionality 9 add subscribe to mailing list form 10. add to product admin detail shipping provider option, Make sure based on product some product will go to different types of vendors (shipping models/API) this I think is already set up, when editing a product option to select who is the API to use, there could be 5 different service providers and a product will be associated to that provider, upon check out, each item purchased will be processed and filtered thru each product’s selected service provider. 11.
