My project is simple. I know how to program on Visual Basic but I really dont have time for this so here is :
I need to read Vols, Resistence, Capacitance from the PC.
And you will ask me how ? is not possible. Well I find a Multi-Meter with PC interfarence, I havent Buy one yet, but if someone can help me with the project well I will buy it because I need it.
I think you can create it, like this:
When you install the Multi Meter CD ROM to the PC, well it gives some DLL and OCX well I think you can loaded on VB and well reprogramed, like reades example WATTS on my Custom Visual Basic Software, and I can convert the Units, Example. Ohms in KiloOmhs ETC...

2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done and at soon it pays send me the Project with the source codes on Visual Basic Format ( 6.0 Version Please), so In canse I want to Re-Programed.
3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, the only thing I can do is create the Install Package (you dont have to do that if you want, but at least READY TO USE, no more programing required.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
