Customization of CubeCart 4.X.X VirtualMerchant payment module

I have Cubecart 4.3.8 and installed the free VirtualMerchant module. The module is set up and is working correctly however I need to pass some information that isn't being passed to the payment processor so that it doesn't ask the end user. Two things it asks the customer... One: "Customer Order No." A series of "random numbers (4 digits)" needs to be passed so it doesn't have to be manually entered by buyer. Two: Sales Tax the seller doesn't charge sales tax so $0.00 needs to be passed on every transaction to payment processor so it I can also hide that field from customer view. I also noticed 3 other things that aren't being passed from Cubecart to the Payment Processor Form: Last Name, Country, and Phone Number. I have more information in PDF attachments (see annotations).
