Televantage program integration

Let me explain the nature of my company. I run an advertising company and call center for a group of dentists. I field calls from various people looking for dentists and than transfer the calls to my client who are dentists. I maintain a database in Filemaker 5.5 and have a software based phone system Televantage 5.0. What I need is a button created in Filemaker to transfer calls received. There needs to be rules set up for the trasnferring. Keep in mind that I have many dentists that advertise with me. And various dentists advertise at different amounts. So they are all entitled to different percentage of calls generated from different area codes. For example my largest client is based in Riverside, and his investment is such that he receives 80% of the calls from the 909 area code, 60% of the 714 area code and 20% of calls generated from the 562 area code. The button and dialer we need created needs to take into account these values and transfer the call automatically. Our in house operators should not have to select who the call goes for, this is to eliminate operator error and/or favortism.
