Program to convert MONO bitmap files eg. pcx or tiff (any single format - not all) to HPGL plotter format .plt format hpgl is vector and bitmaps are raster images. Therefore we need raster to vector conversion. There are many variable in doing this but we want a simple version. If you use coreldraw and create a vector image, then you can export it to hpgl format. When you do that you get 2 fill options - parallel lines or crosshatch ... That's to simply give you an idea of what's involved . The next part is to create a seperate outline image. U must be best at vectoring.
