Adware tool needed

Hello, We ar looking for a company or team of professional freelancers to provide us with an tool to remove adware,spyware,bots,malware etc. The software will need to work on Windows (95 and up versions) If you already developed such an application we ar open to reskin it using our GUI. You will also need to provide us with all source files for it, up to date definision data-base for the software. We ar looking for along term relation because later on we will like to continue updating our definision data-base as well as improving our software and creating new ones. The application need to provide real results similar to Spyware Doctor, maybe not as many as they find. Also you need to provide us with an trial version (free to try for 3 days with all options available) and a key generator for (1 year , 3 years and life-time purchase) The application will have an English version but we will like to have German, French and maybe other two's as well, we will provide all translations needed. The software can be coded in whatever you want but please mention this in your bid.
