Web Driven Keyboard Shortcut Script

Looking to develop a script that simulates keyboard shortcuts via a hyperlink. Ultimately, I want to be able to click a hyperlink that simulates certain keyboard keystroke combinations. (i.e. Ctrl+C, Alt+S etc) I also want to be able to specify which key combinations the hyperlink simulates. I really don't care how it is accomplished (script, client software etc.) I just want to able to embed the hyperlink into any standard webpage. For example, I want to click on a hyperlink and activate a keyboard macro such as Ctrl+C, Alt+S etc. It really doesn't matter whether the URL is local such as [file:///c:\[login to view URL]][1] or [\\server\[login to view URL]][2] or remote such as <[login to view URL]> etc. Please let me know how we might accomplish this. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The script can be written in any language that can be hosted on a Linux server and provides cross-browser compatibility. This can also be achieved through client software for Win98, 2000 and XP. If another platform provides an environment that would be more affordable or scalable please provide an explanation it will be considered.
