This is a small personal project and I am willing to give upto $100 for it.
Looking for making a 'Contacts' hierarchical webpage. Here are the details-
The left frame contains a windows (msdn) like tree control win n level deep tree and nodes showing the contacts in hierarchical mode.
When user (left) clicks on any node or leaf, the right frame displays some details.
When the user right clicks on any node leaf, there is an option to add/edit node. This is visible only when user logs in as admin.
When admin adds/edits an existing node the right frame changes from details to a form based (currently just display name, email, phone, address data)
When user right clicks on a node from the tree to add the above, the add/edit form should be visible and after the new contact is added, the tree on the left is refreshed with new node in correct position.
Want the database design in MS SQL server and coding in C#/ASP.net. The tables that I can think of right now is a master table which has node id, parentnode id, and title and details table which has a node id, name (first/last), address, email, notes etc.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--The buyer will install the code with help of the seller.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I have uploaded the functional specifications. These are meant to be guidelines and I might suggest a few minor changes in between, so please keep a small buffer for that. Dont worry - they will not be major deviations - just minor changing of fonts, buttons fields etc.!
Also, I have removed the max bid amount so you guys may rebid if necessary.
