Treeview menu based contacts application in C#/ASP.net(repost)

This is a small personal project....so please bid accordingly. ******PLEASE READ ATTACHED FUCNTIONAL SPECS DOCUMENT FOR FULL DETAILS ******** SYNOPSIS: Looking for making a 'Contacts' hierarchical webpage. Here are the main details. Please see attached Func Specs for details A. The left frame contains a windows (msdn) like tree control win 'n' level deep tree and nodes showing the contacts title in hierarchical mode. This is NOT alphabetical mode, but the hierarchy in which they are saved in D/B When user (left) clicks on any node or leaf, the right frame displays some details of the member. B. An option to add/edit nodes. This is available when user right clicks a node. **This is available only when user logs in as admin. ** C. When admin adds/edits an existing node the right frame changes from details to a input form based D. When user Admin adds/edits a node, the tree on the left is refreshed with new node/ new data in correct position. E. Need a search option to search for names ('Like' search). details in func specs F. Drag & Drop capability - When a node is dragged and put below another node and user clicks 'Save' then the parentid of the moved node should change in D/B. **Solution .** Want the database in MS SQL server and coding in C#/ASP.net. Preferably would like to use repeatercontrol, if not possible then use Treeview control Details are in func specs attached.
