Multilingual Business Offering Web

An industrial business offering system is needed. Runs on membership basis. When a product manufacturer has subscribed to our membership (Offerer), he can post his products on our site, with / without a limited numbers depends on the subscription plan. For the offering part, it should be able to: 1. do cross sales and up sales with any items in the database configured by the webmaster regardless of Offerer 2. do cross sales and up sales with only the items the have posted and configured by the same Offerer. 3. divide a single product into multiple categories 4. let the products have dynamic attributes 5. search, listing out respective categories, subcategories and products 6. let member opt to show the price or not 7. track hit and view rates of any product 8. have a separate platform for Offerer to review and change his company info, A/E/D products and configure cross sales and up sales, review hit and view rates, and review and search all existing enquiries posted to him. The system should allow Visitors (Querier)runs on separate membership table. Once registered, they can post enquiries to the Offerers. Runs much like a shopping cart and when he checks out, the enquiries are sent to the respective Offerers, by email notification and within the system, depends on the where the products come from. The system should be able to 1. let the Queriers to register themselves 2. place queries into a cart and let Queriers to review 3. have Queriers enter the quantity with dynamic attributes like Ton, KG, Pcs 4. track the amount the Queriers have posted since day one and can be reviewed by Offerers 5. a platform for Querier to review and search his existing queries 6. checkout Admin should have his own platform which possess all rights of both Offerers and Queriers. Must "Inter-link" with Merak Mail, Xigla's Apps & WWG Forum & CountryHawk(see platform)with precise statistic reports. It is best to design the system by modules so we, AND YOU, got a chance to further extend it. The app should be able to process about a hundred queries at any one time. I need a chart for a few top tens: Offerers, Queriers, Products viewed, Products queried No dlls, just scripts in ASP and Javascript. This system will not involve in any monetary transaction. Anything requires listing like search results and review products / queries have to be paged.

## Deliverables

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. All required SQL script files for SQL Server. All required ASP files, with explanatory comment is best, but not essential.
