Custom Wordpress PHP

I need some code fro a Wordpress website that does the following: It needs to output a list of categories that the currently logged in user has posted in, and the number of posts the same currently logged in user owns. The first list item "My Categories" has the number 3 in a span. This number is to represent how many categories that the currently logged in user has posted in. Note: this is not the total number of all categories combined, but instead just the number of categories the user has posted in. The unordered list (showing movies, tv shows and documentaries) shows category names with numbers in a span next to each. These numbers are to represent how many posts in those categories the currently logged in user has authored. Note: this is not the total number of all posts for each category, but instead just the number of posts the currently logged in user has posted in for each category. Further information. This will not go on a public facing site, but rather it's for an internal intranet. The idea here is so that logged in authors users can see how many categories they have posted in and how many posts for each category they have created.
