bridge [login to view URL] to drupal rooms availabilty

i want customers that will use drupal rooms to integrate availability with [url removed, login to view] availability .

so .

needs

1.) a user already have [url removed, login to view] account and he/she have available rooms there .

(i want all this availability to includes into drupal rooms module availability.)

the module should have interface for the user to enter his credentials for extranet / or (pin number or whatever is neccesary )on [url removed, login to view] and all available rooms should be shown into drupal

2.) the bridge with drupal rooms will show available room into drupal site within a block for administrators [url removed, login to view] this should be referenced the booking into drupal rooms booking.

what we want to achieve is a channel manager to work with drupal rooms module.
and this channel manager could installed into drupal and will support booking.com and tripadvisor, travelosity, expedia.
please propose your timeframe and final cost of the project.

i will not release any payment if i am not see the module live on a server first.
