Rebrand Existing Wordpress website and upload to server

This project is fairly basic. I have an existing Wordpress website that I need to be rebranded with a new colour scheme and a new basic logo design. The business has gone through a change of name and requires new branding.
Tasks:
*You will be working on my demo server
*Upload existing (old) website to my demo server
* The existing website's content will need a simple 'find and replace' business name and change to new business name.
*Change colour scheme from existing to the new colour scheme - I will advise the successful bidder of the new color scheme.
*Remove existing website homepage slider and add a new banner image (single image - static slider)
*What's your favourite food
*Update Wordpress theme to the latest version and test functionality
*Update Avada theme to the latest version (I'll supply)
*Remove all existing photos and replace with supplied.
*Design new basic logo for the site - don't need to be amazing - just not clipart or similar..!
*Possibly other minor tasks that I can't think of? Oh and point old contact
*Update phone number to new phone.
*Update contact form to new email
*You must be efficient and responsive - otherwise please don't bid.
