Hello, I am looking for a Real estate photo editor.
* The job takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour to edit up to 35 images
* $20 will be given for every batch of 35 images that you edit.
* for more than 35 images: extra payment will be offered at a rate of $1 per image.
If interested, you will be required to complete a photo editing test to prove your skills, and ability to follow the instructions. This will give a sample of your editing skills and will help you duplicate my editing style. This will also give you a better idea of what editing work is required for this job. You will be contacted further if you are chosen for this position.
Guidelines and directions. Please follow the directions carefully below when editing the sampled files I provide you with:
* Each image should take approximately 1-3 minutes to edit.
* Try and remove anything distracting that does not naturally belong in the photo, such as:
Shadows casting from the flash on the ceiling or from columns or walls, reflections on mirrors, light casting from mirrors
(This should be the most time-consuming part of the editing).
* remove easily removable items such as wires sticking out of the wall, dust marks from the camera...
* Straighten horizontal and vertical walls when appropriate
* Brighten dark areas
* Crop as needed
* Colour correct as needed (tone down yellow cast from lamps. You don't have to do this for all images, just the ones that are unusually orange. Usually all is needed is to decrease the yellow and red colors in general)
