Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and service and to handle and resolve complaints. Key Responsibilities • Confer with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about products and service, to take orders or cancel accounts or to obtain detail of complaints. • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording detail of inquiries, complaints and comments, as well as actions taken in the complaint log. • Resolve customers' service of billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills. • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems. • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation • Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing. • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes. • Solicit sale of new or additional service or products Skills: .Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening .Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters .Excellent communication and presentation skills .Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Requirements/Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent • 6 months and above work experience required • Must be well organized and a self-starter • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Hello! I would like to be considered for the position of your Customer Service specialist. I have gone through your description and can see that you need someone who goes above and beyond just the Customer Service role, I feel I am that person. I have over 3 years of V.A. experience which has involved email handling and social media post scheduling to mention a few. I also have no problem working full-time. I'm new in freelancing industry but I'm in the BPO world for two years now and I handled mostly out bound / cold calling accounts like Utility Provider and Solar Panel campaign and Home Improvement for the home owners. Janitorial Service and COX Communications for B2B or business to business campaign. I also handled insurance accounts like Health, Medicare Supplement, Hearing Aid, Back and Knee Brace, Auto, Life, Home for Live transfer. I handle(s) mostly US Accounts but I also have experience handling UK Account and that is a Survey Campaign and AU account also a Survey Campaign. Mostly all of Campaigns / Accounts that I handled are Lead Generation and Appointment Setting Account.
