Responsable de Equipo Comercial de Grandes Cuentas (Instituciones Públicas)

<div class="rich-text" itemprop="description"><p>This leadership role is tasked with driving the growth of the government business in the region, by building strong relationships with government entities and major public sector organizations, and by leveraging resources within the region and across the organization to accelerate net sales and revenue. </p><p>  </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong> </p><p>  </p><ul><li>Proactive engagement with regional government bodies, understanding core requirements, communicating and showcasing Thomson Reuters services and capabilities across various business lines, working with relevant internal and external stakeholders to provide applicable propositions, and winning business with targeted institutions </li><li>Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services across Thomson Reuters business lines </li><li>Support regional leadership team  in the development and refinement of government growth plans, drawing from previous experience to identify opportunities, requirements,  ‘go to market’ strategy, and achievement of revenue targets </li><li>Identify government and public sector targets based on strategy and priorities of business, arranging and attending meetings with senior government and public sector representatives </li><li>Leverage existing contacts, work with third parties and prospect to establish relationships as appropriate </li><li>Communicate our propositions to government and public sector representatives, qualify scope of opportunity and provide clear, structured feedback to internal stakeholders </li><li>Provides feedback and market requirements to strategic business units to drive product innovation and improved market competitiveness </li><li>Handle negotiations and discussions over contractual terms with prospective customer, and maintain relationships on an ongoing basis </li><li>Develop and execute sales campaigns, budget responsibilities, resource requirements and forecasting, to achieve sales revenue targets </li><li>Responsibility for the performance of a face-to-face sales team and/or account management team to maximize sales and revenue growth while fostering and building customer relationships </li><li>Demonstrate thought leadership on public sector reform and opportunities in region of relevance, speaking at conferences as appropriate </li><li>Responsible for the growth and development of their direct and wider team, building skills and capabilities and driving the talent agenda in the region</li></ul></div>
