To deliver effective solutions that meet customer challenges, Dell focuses on pivotal standards that drive future technology innovation.<br /><br />Roles And Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To<br />Responsible for pre-sales and post-sales of Microsoft solutions<br />Responsible for delivering Microsoft related services as SAM, Design, Implementations, Migrtions, etc<br />Responsible for defining the account planning for his/her customer base<br />Develop strategies and initiatives to increase Microsoft results<br />Deep understanding of Microsoft licensing model and how to position against the competition<br />Pipeline and forecast management<br />Support, train and develop other team members in Microsoft licensing.<br /><br />Job<br /><br />Product Technologist - Sales Operations<br /><br />Schedule<br /><br />Full-time<br /><br />Shift<br /><br />Day Job<br /><br />The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Qualifications<br />Proven technical background supporting or selling Microsoft Solutions<br />Strong Leadership, teamwork and planning skills<br />Great customer relationship building skills<br />Good verbal and written communication skills<br />Individual must be self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision, being able to effectively leverage cross- functional resources to achieve results and meet customer needs<br />Strong executive presence, being able to present Dell value proposition and the right solution in front of senior leaders of the organization (e.g Directors, CIO, CEO, etc)<br />Deep knowledge of Microsoft licensing models (Volume and Open)<br />Sales and/or Technical Sales experience<br />Fluent in English.<br />A bachelor’s degree or equivalent<br />MBA nice to have<br />About Dell Inc.: Collaboration.
