Object Tracking & Face Recognition - Website/App/Platform creation (Security Platform & App)

We are looking to develop a platform, webpage and app with the following functionality:<br /><br />1 - Control an unlimited amount of surveillance cameras (zoom, panning &amp; tilt)<br />2 - Live streaming from all surveillance cameras<br />3 - Record all video output on the cloud from all surveillance cameras<br />4- Ability to search for recorded video by predetermined means (time-stamp, date, events, etc)<br />5- With the use of object tracking software track all movement detected by all surveillance &nbsp;<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;cameras and issue predetermined alerts via platform and app<br />6 - Ability to identify objects in video frames and know where in the frame the object is located &nbsp;(people, animals and vehicles)<br />7 - Face recognition of known people in surveillance video<br />8 - Ability to read license plates of automobiles with surveillance video<br /><br />In addition, to the above we are looking for someone with expert knowledge in Arduino, Raspberry Pi and/or other embedded systems. You must have the ability to design surveillance cameras for us.<br /><br />This is a very complex project. Please only apply if you have the following knowledge and experience:<br />1 – Expert designer proficient in English (por esta razón esta en ingles el anuncio), who can deliver great design and suggestions.<br />2– Are able de design with arduino, raspberry PI and/or other open source hardware an economical surveillance camera with zoom, tilt, and panning ability able to perform the above task in all lighting conditions.<br />3- Are able to write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements<br />4 – Can contribute ideas for making the platform better and easier to use<br />5 – Can demonstrate you have designed similar projects in the past.<br /><br />Respond with a personalized response and only if you are highly qualified (generic replies will be ignored).<br />A - Quote your price for both the design and development of the platform, webpage and app (please separate your price for the three).<br />B - Quote your price for both the design and development of the security cameras.
