Descripción de empleo<br />Listing Info<br /><br />Dell is looking for an energetic fast learning and self-motivated candidate that has strong technical skill and team leadership skills, able to work well with groups on a global level, and a consultative approach and problem solving abilities to enable our business partners to operate more effectively. These candidates will be responsible for designing, testing and implementing large enterprise-scale information on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, Microsoft Exchange Server and or Microsoft Lync product. <br /><br />Principal Accountabilities<br />Strong knowledge of Exchange 2003 to 2013 Exchange, Unified Communications, Windows OS, Active Directory, LDAP<br />Performs maintenance on existing operating systems.<br />Evaluates, engineers, tests, recommends, and implements secure infrastructures.<br />Acts as a resource for system escalation issues.<br />Documents platform standards and processes for ongoing operations..<br />Schedules and coordinates installation and maintenance of software/hardware on the network and ensures compatibility of all communications and computer hardware/software.<br />Performs root cause analysis on failed components and implements corrective measures.<br />Provides ongoing information to leadership, customers, and peers regarding enhancements, innovations and solutions.<br />Responsible for following company specific systems engineering standards.<br />Executive support escalations: 20-30% time consuming work per week most client/outlook, remote access, troubleshoot, feedbacks.<br />On Call Support: Currently running the process with 2 resources in the americas shift for all required work done during weekends.<br />Provide Technicall Documentation and training to L1 and Service desk.<br />GBM operation resource for internal and external projects: represent GBM following project assignments and schedules. <br /><br />Technical/Professional Requirements<br />Prior experience with Windows OS (2003&2008), User administration, patch, IIS log files, Performance Monitors and System Services management, .NET Framework, SQL Server 2000/2005.<br />Knowledge of integrating to back-end systems including Documentum is a plus<br />7 x 24 hour on-call support<br />Responsible for complex testing and analysis of all elements of the computer systems.<br />Analyzes and provides innovative solutions to system engineering and design projects.<br />Represents the organization in front of critical audiences such as clients/customers/vendors/executives<br />Thorough understanding and management of customer business needs and expectations<br />Candidates must have exceptional customer service, problem solving, and communication skills<br />Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level as well as convey technical concepts to non-technical individuals<br />Possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and with a global team of engineers<br />Strong team player with ability to work in a team and as individual contributor<br />Strong organizational and documentation skills.<br />Fast learner, flexible and able to work on multiple tasks<br />Life at Dell<br /><br />Learn about Dell culture, the interviewing process and benefits offered in your location: Life at Dell<br /><br />Job<br /><br />Messaging Services - Infrastructure Design and Management<br /><br />Primary Location<br /><br />Latin America-MX-JAL-Guadalajara<br /><br />Shift<br /><br />Day Job<br /><br />Job Level<br /><br />Individual Contributor
