Hi, We are working with a new data provider the only way we get data from them is rabbit mq host [login to view URL] the begining of the connection they will send the entire data to us after that they will send the delta or changed data .Every time a client connects with us we need to display the full data (please remember we cannot reset the connection ) as well as the updated data in the browser. We are not extremely happy with a database based solution becuase there will be a lag and time is very important in this application there should be no lag. Our front end is built with vue.js but that is least of a [login to view URL] ever gives the best solution will be hired for this project.

Well, what you need is to perpetually stream the data from your third-party data provider to your database, something implemented by Apache Spark, for example. Then your front-end application can just pull the data from your local database and display it to the user, maybe via websockets. The point here is that the data is local and not remote. This is necessary since you are dealing with a remote third-party data provider.
