I am looking for a developer who is familiar with WebRTC technology to create a signaling server. I am expecting a stand-alone service that utilizes WebRTC technology and websockets to execute a peer to peer video connection. The final deliverable will be integrated into a WordPress site. I prefer the deliverable must not rely on a third-party service such as OpenTok. However developer can use any open source technologies like kurento media server
Also need recording and playback on server
