Configure VPN service on QNAP NAS to allow access to NAS via IP address

I had installed the QNAP VPN App on our TVS-471 NAS and it was working fine to allow staff to access office network resources when away from the office via IPSec VPN. However, after updating the VPN App and QNAP Firmware, I can access every IP address on the office network via the VPN EXCEPT the NAS itself ([login to view URL])! I haven't changed any settings whatsoever. If anyone can help, I would be extremely grateful. Cheers, Greg
