You bet for create a Application, written in vb.net or c# (Visual Studio 2010 or higher) that read and write the Settings from Windows 8.1 MAIL Application. Depencies should be just in .NET Framework! just a simple form or console Application wich can Switch some Settings ON/OFF and Read/Write Text. I will have for a Demonstration a simple compiled Software wich can Switch use Siganture ON/OFF read/write Signature-Text and and Switch Automatic Replies ON/OFF and read/write the Text into the Field for it. Not Need to bet, if you are not able to send me a working DEMO-Application. See Attachment for additional Screenshot with Description.
