Hey ! To be honest, I have installed SSL certificates only once on a digital ocean server but I have been successful in it. I used LetsEncrypt to generate the certificates for that domain for free. I have maintained more than 20 digital ocean servers and have installed certificates on several of them. I have few doubts Will you provide the certificates ? Where do you want to add it ? Are you using nginx ?

I have deployed DigitalOcean servers and LAMP packages with SSL support. Certificates were issued through let's encrypt or StartSSL. Can install a certificate within 30 mins.
