move existing website to a new server

Information:
1) The existing server does not have a control panel, but I can provide SSH sudo access.
2) The site currently runs Apache 2.2.3, MySQL [url removed, login to view], PHP 5.3.3 and CentOS 5, with content management via a combination of Zope and custom applications.
3) The site has a gallery with images served from a sub-domain which is accessible as a web place for editing via webdav (the webdav may not be required after the move, as the new host provides a panel).
4) The gallery and an inventory use MySQL.
5) The gallery has a search engine that indexes via sphinx.
6) The gallery search interface and results pages use some scripts to display correctly.
7) The gallery management make model and year drop down data entry uses a multiple choice (if applicable) autocomplete drop down to reduce data entry errors that might lead to duplicates. This feature stopped working some time ago. We would like for it to be functional again after the move.
8) There is one production site and one test site, both of which need to be moved.
9) Trouble spots during the last moves seemed to be centered around:
a) the search engine indexer restarting (I think this has been fixed by setting it to auto-start)
b)webdav not functioning (this may not be an issue as we should be able to transfer files via the new host's panel)
c) inventory delimited text file upload and finalize to the database not working.
10) The new server uses C-Panel.
