bitbucket, mysql, cakephp, javascript & sphinx

Looking for long term, intermittent relationship to work on our website. We are looking for an independent, well-rounded individual who is familiar with mysql, cakephp, git (we use bitbucket), javascript and has had experience implementing and maintaining sphinx search. The best candidate would be a self-starter and someone who is able to research and solve new challenges while balancing the needs of our existing websiite. This most current project is to design and implement some new tables that will have to deal with two languages and mapping existing data to new tables via a backend webpage (to also be developed by candidate). Then when new tables are in place and data populated, will update some existing php pages to dynamically build page incorporating data in new tables. Much more specific details will be divulged to the winning candidate. The role of this candidate will be replacing an existing programmer who we have been working with for over four years. When we have projects we want to push, we can keep you busy for at least 20 hours per week. Some months we let our sites just run so there's not too much work. We frequently re-evaluate how our sites are performing and how to make them better and that's when you will come in.
