Hi, First of all I would like to say that he will be the best choice to work on this project who has complete idea on how HRMS works as a module in an ERP. You have tried to cover most of thing starting from recruitment to separation but there are many more. Even before recruitment to after separation like EXIT interview. Within the tenure with the organization an employee has to go with 180 or 360 degree appraisal as well. All the things will be taken care of. One only question I would ask that is why in skill you have choosen JAVA. We don’t have problem in it but we have better suggestion as well.
