Write an iOS and Android App - Multilingual support

I need a custom mobile app made for iOS and Android. The app will have most of it's content text based and we wish to offer translated content as a differential. I need someone who is experienced in coding for iOS and Android to create a feature rich and good looking mobile app. Description of App: - User should be capable of accessing text based content. The content should be available even when offline. This text based content is ready and complete in English. At this moment our translation team is working on the translations to Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Chinese Simplified. - The nature of is related to a tabletop RPG gaming system, with more information disclosed to the freelancer. We have license to publish this material and a copy of this license will be included in the app. - The app should be able to generate revenue by means of ads. The freelancer should be capable of optimizing it's revenue and ad exhibition capacity. - The user should be able to search through content in the app. As such, there should be the possibility of searching for specific texts within the app, as well as an index. - There should be the market standard options of sharing the app and rating the app in an easy to find way. - Should be SEO and ad placement friendly. This project needs to be completed within 30 days. Requirements: - Someone who can not only program, but can also do the UI design - Verifiable portfolio - Needs to speak English well - Experience with text heavy apps is a plus - Ad configuration experience is a plus - Teams and agencies are welcome.
