Write an Android application

I have an Android application that needs a small amount of code from an expert. I've created a simple three screen project that needs clear code as examples for me to follow. I used Android Studio to create this project ... MinVersion 19 ... 1. The Splash screen should display for 2 seconds and then move to the Hand Screen 2. The hand screen has a spinner A. Set the spinner to RIGHT B. When the spinner changes from LEFT TO RIGHT, change the picture 3. When the FINISHED screen is displayed, change txtResponsetoHand to RIGHT or LEFT based on the selection from the HAND screen 4. When the MAKE PDF button is clicked, make a Hello World PDF using PrintedPdfdicument It should take an expert under an hour to do this ... Thank you
