NEW APP - NPO job finder for Vets App

preferred in iOS and Android but at least Android i want to copy the functionality of a website i am doing for free for a NPO (Non Profit Organization) i started on it yesterday, and its nearly done. the functions are: 1) home page with the image 2) create profile 3) login 4) search for job or employee (radio button is the option) [login to view URL] be nice if the code was in Java or JavaScript but not required needless to say there is more to the project, but this is it for now until i see the communication level and skill level, if outstanding there will be much more.
