UI/UX Needed to develop both iOS and Android Apps

Basically it is a 3rd party application connecting service providers to customers. Simply it works as follow: • Customer Sign-up page: Only a mobile number, Email, and mobile number authentication besides writing password. • Customer Sign-in using the authenticated mobile number and the password • Forgot password: Authenticated mobile number and then a new password. • App way of working: two complementary parallel ways are important for the application in terms of the working mechanism: ○ Method 1: § After the customer enter the app, he/she will face main categories of the app, after pressing on one of the main categories, sub-categories will be shown. § After pressing on one of the wanted sub-categories, another page will be displayed with offers of different Service providers not to mention that customer can filter in terms of (Distance, Ratings, Reviews, Best, relevant. Etc.). § Both Service Providers profiles could be accessed in the offer's page. □ Offers are from two parties (Service Providers): ® Independent service provider (Freelancer=F) ◊ After clicking on the offer, Freelancer's services are displayed in addition to other services (Can multi-select) ◊ Then time and dates available will be shown and select. ◊ Payment will follow this step to confirm the booking. ® Company service provider (=C) ◊ After clicking on the offer, Company's services are displayed in addition to other services (Can multi-select) ◊ After that, Company's workers will be shown to select and their profiles could be accessed from here (First available option will be there) ◊ Then time and dates available for the one chosen will be shown and select. ◊ Payment will follow this step to confirm the booking. ○ Method 2: § After clicking on Negotiation icon, customer can sent his wanted services and post them, they will be send to all nearby service providers. § Service providers can give customer their quotations and customer can choose among them. □ Customer can access service providers profiles at all times. □ Service Providers can not see others' quotations □ Service Provider can turn on-off this feature • Additional Benefits: ○ Private Messages (auto-translation) ○ Recommendations ○ Customer Service Live Chat ○ Mada and other method of Payments ○ Company will have reports about their employees ○ Freelancers will have their reports too ** Basically it is the same functions as Treatwell App with some modifications
