Native iPhone application within 4 weeks for a fix fee of $400

Please read carefully, I run this project on freelancer before and it cost me in incomplete milestone payments. So I have made every effort to set out the project terms in the clearest possible way to safeguard the work of the developer and me. If you have a question I am more than happy to answer it however, please understand that I know that I can have this project completed within the time frame and within budget. I am not open to conversation on the fees or on the time frame. Write a native iPhone application within 4 weeks for a fixed fee of $400, full payment at the end of the project, No milestone payments or start payments, sorry but after two bad experiences with developers not completing this simple project, it has left a bad taste. This application will be using the following: 1 facebook API - login, like features, follow features, both on pages and posts 2 Admob API Payment gateway for apple using coin purchasing install to the app store within the 4 week deadline. Run a server end installation which doesn't use monthly subscriptions for firebase etc. To be clear this project can be completed within the 2 weeks for someone who gets on with the job, but this is a 4 week project with no milestone payments, full payment is currently held with freelancer and the final payment will be conditioned as follows for release. 1 Delivery of the completed full working application to the app store within 4 weeks of the award being made to the developer this will meet the conditions of the delivery timeframe. Message to be sent via freelancer to confirm delivery on the same day together with the source code. 2 3 days for testing the application and server works as agreed. * *If testing shows incomplete work this will stop the payment from being awarded. Images and a description will be provided via freelancer communication system to show what is not working within 5 days from the date of delivery to the app store. Rework should be submitted again for testing within 7 days of the notice that something is not working. Once said works have been completed, Retesting will take two days. if all completed, the money is released by freelancer to your account, if not then we follow the above for another three attempts. If for some reason, work is not able to be completed as discussed above and the application is not delivered in working order then the award can be cancelled.
