PFB - the requirement details: Quick Overview It is for a healthcare provider for their patients: Integrates with Med Dent Patient Portal to allow users to pay their bills, see patient records, contact their doctors, etc. (It doesn’t need to replace med dent, just route customers to med dent) Allow users to check in when they arrive at the facility. When the user arrives, a pop up on the phone would allow them to check in automatically. They could fill out pre-appointment patient forms They could contact the doctors office to ask questions via Med Dent Reschedule appointments Push notifications for appointment reminders Allow them to reschedule Request a refill (route to med dent patient portal) Detailed Specifications: Please see below: One other item of consideration here is that this app would be tying in with the Med Dent system, which is the patient portal for most doctors offices. Which means the app would need to live and run off of HIPAA compliant servers and have a developer with a certain level of clearance. With that in mind, the app would need to save & store the patient portal (Med Dent) login. Ideally the person here would have experience with Med Dent or other HIPAA compliant interfacing. They would be able to answer questions like: Does Med Dent kick a user out if they notice a login from a different type of device : Can we easily route people from inside the app, to sections of Med Dent without actually logging into the users Patient Portal? (For example, if they want to make a payment or view their medical records, it would route them to Med Dent from within the app we build, in like an iFrame or like how you can view webpages from inside Facebook or Gmail, but without actually getting access to their patient history, etc. Not sure how that works or what our options are.
