Looking for a CO-Founder App Developer

I am looking for a developer who is willing to join my new start-up as a co-founder. Meaning you will get paid via equity! I need someone who is willing to work in a start up environment. VR Social is going to change the social media industry be mixing social media and virtual reality together. I will give more information to the right candidate. I will not list to much information here because the app is a very special app. I have connection in Apple, Leadbolt, Mashable, famous instagramers, etc. who can make our user-base grow daily.
