Create an app in React Native that will have a screen for the user to perform live streaming using the App mobile camera.
The app needs to work on Android and IOS.
Live streaming encoder (broadcaster)
The live streaming should be done using the RTMP protocol for a cloud server.
To send the streaming to the cloud server, you need the information below.

For the live streaming, the presenter will:
Access the app's camera and send the video with RTMP protocol to cloud server.
Stop transmission.
2. Live streaming player (user)
The consumption of live streaming will be done using HLS protocol. The video address will be in [login to view URL] format.
To get the url, the app should call the following API.
getPlaylistUrl(channelId)
return (“[login to view URL]”)
