Ionic Framework Local Notification Background Android Iphone App

I need an Android and IOS mobile App that is Built With Ionic Framework 2 that will run on both Android & IPHONE. I have already created the initial Interface & Mockup for the App Using Ionic Creator ([login to view URL]) I have created a summary video of want. Please read the description as well but here is the video: [login to view URL] I also attached the ui I have so far, but you need IONIC 2 Fully setup to view it. You can see me going through it in the video. The app is a Pretty Simple App that Will Run a constant Pull / Polling Data Check System in the background at regular intervals, to contact User Specified URLS / Endpoints. The Endpoints Will Return JSON formatted Data to the application. If the application gets no data it will do nothing until . If the Endpoint provides Data, The App will Use Local Notifications To tell the user that data is available. It will also store some of the Data in a database that the user can access and see visually by navigating the menu system in the app and clicking on the pages created by the app. The code to run the local Notifications can be adapted from the ready made Plugin : Cordova Local Notifications ([login to view URL]). I will be ok with using anything that you feel most comfortable using, as long as maximum storage issues of under 5MB will not be a problem for your solution of choice. I have done some research and I think one possible option is localForage : [login to view URL] But again, I am willing to use whatever you think will be fastest and best for the job. The application will also need to encrypt some data like query strings that it will use to make links that open the mobile devices browser. To encrypt the data we will be using Javascript Blowfish. I have the User Interface already partially built but I am not primarily a Javascript/Angular or Mobile programmer so I need someone to finish this job with me. That being said based on what I see, I do not believe it will be very difficult for someone that knows web apps and is very familiar with this sort of thing.
