I have extensive experience in managing item warehousing and movement processes and activities as part of an IT Manager job and as a Consultant hired to improve IT procurement, delivery, warehousing and item movement processes in a mega port project. That being said, you will be getting the proper process for handling your items integrated into the app, including appropriate fields (such as stacking and racking locations, type, weight, serial #, etc.) and data input validation to eliminate garbage data from being entered by users and accordingly generate accurate and useful reports. To ensure that you get your project on time, bug free and exactly as expected: 1. I will be collecting, analyzing and refining all requirements and ideas that you have for the app (short and long term if you like) and provide you with the final scope for your approval (5 days). 2.
