Fix Bug in Android App & Integrate Google Admob

This is a take over from a previous developer who could not perform properly. We have a system that send videos from a constructed web portal to our create android tablet app. This app, is completed however there is a critical bug that needs fixing. This project will be broken 2 parts. The first part is to fix this critical issue and the second is to integrate Google Admobs into the android app. #1 Bug to be fixed: Each video plays within the main loop and has a assigned category to it such as "restaurants, tours, attractions, etc). The user can select one of these categories and all videos associated to the particular category selected will play before going back to playing the videos in the main loop. There is an error when a user selects a category and it displays the loading "no videos" and buffers for a long time until the videos in that category start to play. This a major bug as the videos associated to any category should load up instantly. Critical details: This tablet works off the 4G cellular network and not wifi so it should be optimized to work without having any service assoicated. Videos are pushed to this system in real-time and recorded on our web server. Google Admobs: Development #2 should include Ad mobs associated to this platform that will allow us to collect revenues from Ad placement in between the videos being displayed.
