Build me a simple mobile game -- fixed

This click the button game is one of chance and luck. As a person logs into the game the enter a gaming round with the system. At each round of the game the system will select a lucky prize number. Each player will log in and get a chance to click a button 5 times with the chance to win a prize. Before a player can log in they will need to have paid the required fee for the game. They can either load credit to their account or pay as they go. The button will be in a form of a dice in a globe, that spins as each person clicks it. To win the game, the person must be the have rolled the correct prize number the system selected. After every 5 clicks a new gaming round is created. All numbers rolled every 5 times should be displayed on the screen and if a matching number is rolled, both the number and the price number selected by the system should highlight as a match. On the page there should be a running table of every person that has won a prize.
