Node inconsistent socket connect problem

I suspect it could be app set up problem. I have been in a place where we resolved websockets connectivity problem for the clients who are behind proxy. I need to do a lots of tests to find out which is causing the issue. But it can be done fast. Thank you! -Tamil Vendhan K

I've worked for the past 3 years with node.js creating a cloud infrastructure.
