Vendor Project Management APP

Need both a Android and Iphone app & web services that do the following. Vendor opens the app and logs in Once logged in the app will hit a web service and download that vendors Projects. Projects will consist of about 10 fields of data. you will list the projects. The projects will be with green background if they have been accepted by company. User will be able to click on the project and request an inspection of the project. A web service would be hit to track that request and an email will be sent to company. The email will have a link to accept that inspection request along with all the project data and the dates the app user has requested the inspection on. on the app if the user logs in and or refreshes the project list they will now see that project in green when it has been accepted. That is all. I would provide cpanel access so you can create the mysql databases and web services needed for this. The creation of valid users logins and project data does not need to be pretty or over complex. can be very simple but also needs to be created by you. One thought I had for those that know it. I would be fine with logins and project list for the app users to be in a google doc spreadsheet if that made the project easier. Need in 5 days.
