Property Listing App

My client does not have a budget higher than 250$. Therefore, please if you have an existing simple App which you will modify for me, please bid for it. Design of the App will need to be user friendly. Please refer to the attached WireFrames for having a look at the App... Development of mobile app, for recording user entered data from a typical data entry form for Property Listing and presenting it back in list format. Capability for auto-processing on the MySQL DB (via XML WebService) and alerting users back on specific system generated alerts etc. Should have experience in ANDROID App development. You should have done earlier projects on capturing data from users, recording in database using XML WebService, sending alerts to the APP. Once user clicks on the Alert , the App should be loaded. Web Service creation and hosting on GoDaddy account will also need to be done by the developer. Will need the developer to assist in deployment on google playstore as well. I will create Milestones and pay accordingly. If you have similar example of App already done, please share it with me first, Post looking at the App I will allocate the project to you if your work matches near my clients requirements. Please remember to consider the Max budget of 250$.
