Create an MS Access application for password retreival

Hello, as far I understand, you need a frontend to access a MS SQL DB and retrieve data from a passwords table, right? If this is the case, I'll need to know the connection string to the MSSQL db, table name and fields to be retrieved. Also, username and password to access to this db and create the connection (this can be configurable). If you plan to restore the passwords from the internal MSSQL system table, you will need db admin credentials to connect to the SQL server. By point 3, do you mean connect first to SQL db, check username (based on current windows user ?) and retrieve used ID? Thanks.
