Hi, I Would like to suggest you do use an Air Handling Unit with Chilled Water Coil as it have more stable Humidity Control then the normal DX coil. I have 2 question for you : 1) Is it both room are operate together or in On and Off Operation. 2) Whats means COF repair Room? I hope you have a clearer explanation on it as i can advise you on the Fresh Air Percentage Regulation and Filter Grade and type.
