I would like to hire a market analyst

I am supposed to work as a consultant that has been approached by a successful producer of solar panels based in Germany that wants to explore the opportunity of internationalizing but it is unsure about which particular market(s) to target. Once i have decided which geographical market would be advisable to enter, I then should write a report on focusing on the three main topics: a. Rationale for market choice (Explaining why i would recommend to enter that specific geographical market highlighting the factors that make it more attractive than others; a comparative assessment of different countries is required) b. Market analysis (Analyze the competitive structure and the size of the market I have chosen and provide data on its future growth projects, such as sales and revenues), provide pestle analyses and porters five forces c. Appropriate entry mode (Compare alternative entry modes, discussing their potential advantages/disadvantages for the focal company; describe the most appropriate entry mode with justification for my choice) The report should end with a clear conclusion section summarizing the recommendations on market choice and entry mode for your company MORE DETAILS • The report should make use of secondary sources, which you can find using on-line resources tools • The report should follow the given structure: Title, Executive summary, Introduction, Main report body (explaining the three topics) and Conclusion and Recommendation. • References should be used throughout the main text; and a complete list of references must be provided at the end using Harvard style.
