Help me with Marketing

I need help putting together the marketing section of my business plan as I look to establish a credit line with a bank to implement a marketing plan. I have formed a consulting firm for business operations. I will not have any employees until growth calls for them. Attached is the description of the business, products and services, and management section I cut out for you to review. I plan to use a few websites and landing pages as a part of my marketing plan. One site Flippingyourbiz will be a market place for businesses. It will also act as a lead generator for affiliate brokers. This will be to help produce residual income as well as give my firm a warm lead. All new listings will be offered a free consultation and access to the company site client login where they will find additional web tools. Part of my niche will be seeking out businesses that are on the market where my services can increase their market value through operations and better financial management. I will have a landing page bestmanagementsecrets that will direct potential clients back to the site for intellectual property etc. After establishing these I look to expand and ad additional products by affiliation such as a business loan lender site which will be a lead generator for lenders. The description attached gives further explanation. I need market analysis for segmentation competition and material that can be used towards creating an advertising budget. Ad clicks, SEO, email list etc.
