Magento Rest API 1.9 POSt Products with Perl

We have a multiple channel selling platform and have developed and worked with APIs to connect to eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Bigcommerce, Shopify, Woocommerce and more. We are developing an API to connect to Magento. We need to POST products, edit, and retrieve sales to start with. We have a set of Keys that will POST a product with the Firefox plugin. We have Perl code using Rest and Oauth to POST JSON data with these same settings. Similar code is being used for Etsy and Woocommerce. We are receiving a 403 Access Denied response. We do not have access by FTP or the Magento database. We are making the call from another server. The Magento install was done by another company. They do communicate with me and the devs have answered questions but no solution has been found. I need someone that is fluent in Perl, Rest and Oauth and preferably has a working solution already for some other project. Our Perl code needs to be reviewed to verify whether the problem is on our side or not. If the problem is not on the Perl side, then I need help communicating with the devs to find the problem with the setup Thanks for considering this project. It could lead to a long term relationship as we are always adding more selling channels to our tools. The budget is $50 for this project. I feel that our code is very close and needs small changes if any.
